For Europe ⇌ Africa routes, shipping typically starts from €10 per kg, depending on destination, product type, service selected, and any special handling or applicable customs charges. A final quote is always confirmed before shipment.

Shipments below 5kg are usually sent via Express service and are quoted separately unless consolidated with other shipments.

We don't apply hidden charges. However, depending on the shipment, the following may apply:

• Packing fee (if protective repacking is required).

• Handling fee (for fragile, oversized or special cargo).

• Pickup fee (for locations outside our hub cities).

• Customs duties or taxes, where applicable

All applicable costs are clearly communicated and confirmed before dispatch.

Express service is recommended for urgent or smaller shipments (including those below 5kg) and offers faster delivery timelines.

Standard service is more cost-efficient and typically used for consolidated shipments of 5kg or more on Europe ⇌ Africa routes.

Yes. We arrange pickup nationwide. Pickup is free within cities where we operate hubs, and available in other cities at an additional agreed cost. 

Doorstep delivery is included at no extra charge within standard service areas.
