To ensure safe and compliant delivery, certain items are restricted or prohibited from shipment through our network.

Customers are advised to review the guidelines below before sending any goods. Failure to comply may result in delays, additional charges or shipment rejection.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited and cannot be shipped:

• Perfumes and any flammable substances

• Blood samples and human biological materials

• Human body parts or samples

• Activated ATM cards

• International passports (when addressed to individuals)

• Gas-filled items or anything containing gas

• Aerosols or sprayable substances

• Hazardous chemicals (flammable, combustible or corrosive)

• Radioactive materials or devices

• Explosives or dangerous reactive substances

• SIM cards

• Liquids (including oils)

• Alcohol or items containing alcohol

• Tobacco and cigarettes

• Candles

Restricted Items (Subject to Approval)

Accepted under specific conditions and may require additional documentation or approval:

• Batteries and battery-powered devices

• Sharp objects (e.g. needles, knives)

• Meat & Pomo (Not allowed to the USA)

• Candles

• Items containing magnets

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Declaring the contents of their shipment accurately

• Ensuring items comply with all applicable regulations

• Providing required documentation where necessary

Border X Logistics reserves the right to inspect shipments and refuse items that do not meet shipping requirements.
