Payments can be made in Dollars ($) or Nigerian Naira (₦).
When paying in Dollars ($), the exchange rate is confirmed at the time of payment.
Pickup and Delivery
Shipping prices include doorstep pickup and delivery.
Pickup outside our operational cities may attract an additional fee depending on the location.

Minimum Weight: Standard shipments require a minimum of 5kg.
Shipments Below 5kg: Shipments under 5kg are sent via Express service and quoted separately or consolidated to optimise cost.

Food shipments such as fish, crayfish, meat, grains, spices and packaged foods
Minimum Weight: Standard food shipments require a minimum of 10kg.
Maximum Weight: A maximum weight of 30kg per package applies.

Electronic Devices
Electronics such as phones, tablets and laptops often involve additional clearance procedures at the destination.
Minimum Weight: Standard shipments require a minimum of 5kg.
Shipments Below 5kg: Shipments under 5kg are sent via Express service and quoted separately or consolidated to optimise cost.

Customs clearance charges, duties and taxes are not included and may apply at the destination.
Mixed Shipments Rule:
If food items are included in a shipment, the parcel is treated under food shipment terms, with a minimum charge of 10kg.
This allows food and non-food items to be shipped together under one flat rate.
Commercial and High-Value Goods
Some shipments may require additional documentation such as commercial invoices or product declarations.
These shipments are reviewed and quoted separately based on cargo type, value and destination regulations.
