General Pricing Note ⚠️ 

• All listed prices are standard base rates. Final pricing may vary depending on the destination, service type, cargo category or special handling requirements. 

• Shipping rates are quoted in Euros (€) to maintain consistent pricing.

• Payments can be made in Euros (€) or Nigerian Naira (₦).

• When paying in Naira (₦), the applicable exchange rate is confirmed at the time of payment.

Personal Goods

These include clothing, shoes, household items, accessories, etc.

• Minimum Weight: Standard shipments generally require a minimum of 5kg.

• Shipments Below 5kg: Shipments under 5kg are usually sent via Express service and quoted separately or consolidated to optimise cost.

• Pricing: The standard shipping fee is €12 per kg.

Food Items

Food shipments such as fish, crayfish, meat require special handling and inspection procedures.

• Minimum Weight: Standard food shipments require a minimum of 10kg.

• Maximum Weight: A maximum weight of 30kg per package applies.

• Pricing: The standard shipping fee is €13.5 per kg.

Electronic Devices

Electronics such as phones, tablets and laptops often involve additional clearance procedures at the destination.

• Minimum Weight: Standard shipments generally require a minimum of 5kg.

• Shipments Below 5kg: Shipments under 5kg are usually sent via Express service and quoted separately or consolidated to optimise cost.

• Pricing: The standard shipping fee is €12 per kg.

• Customs clearance charges, import duties and taxes are not included and may apply at the destination.

Commercial and High-Value Goods

• Commercial shipments and high-value goods may require additional documentation such as commercial invoices or product declarations.

• Shipping costs and clearance procedures vary depending on cargo type, value and destination regulations.

• Our team reviews these shipments individually before confirming the shipping plan.

Delivery Timelines

Standard Service

• Typically 6–10 working days depending on route and consolidation schedule.

Express Service

• Typically 3–5 working days for urgent or smaller shipments.
